Four Easy Steps Summary

Ordering from Halal-N-Tayyib Meat Shares is like having your own personal butcher. Buying direct from us can be as small as a quarter beef or go bigger for your best value with a half or whole beef, those let you custom cut to your specifications.
Step #1: Select the beef package you want

Step#4: Final Invoice Sent (Payment #2) w/ Pick Up and Shipping Details
Step #1 : Select the Quantity of Beef Package You Want
Decide how much beef you would like to invest in. Our beef is seasonal, so quantities are very limited! Select your beef package and place your order using our online form. Then within a few days, we will send you a confirmation email. Its easy! Once we have received the deposit payment and your signed contract your spot is reserved.
Each cut is flash frozen, (stays fresh for 12 months), individually vacuum packaged, weighed and labeled.
1/4 Beef Share – 100lbs* (3.5 cu ft freezer space)
If you eat 2lbs a week, it will last you roughly 12 months, 4lbs a week = 6 months etc.
1/2 Beef Share – 200lbs* (7 cu ft freezer space)
Split with a friend or 4lbs a week, it will last you roughly 12 months, 8lbs a week = 6 months
Full Beef Share – 400lbs* (14 cu ft freezer space)
Share with up to 4 friends or 8lbs a week, will last you roughly 12 months
Organs, Bones and Fat are available at no charge on the butcher instruction sheet
* The weight listed above is the actual weight of the meat (not hanging weight).
Step #2: Reserve Your Slot in the Beef Share by Placing Your Order (Payment #1)
Reserve your cow share by making a deposit. Your deposit ensures your reservation of your share. The deposit amount is based upon your share size. The deposit is a non-refundable and it is required when you place your beef order. After you order has been placed, the deposit will lock your price for this season. Balance payment is due at pick-up or upon delivery. The total deposit will be applied to the final cost of the order. We will consider your beef package order “reserved” once the Cow Share contract and the deposit payment have been received.
The next available date (when ready) is listed on the product page*. We typically deliver on weekends. If you select to have your order shipped to your nearest airport, it will ship that upcoming weekend.
*Depending on the time of year we run 15-60 days out, so plan ahead .

Standard Cut Bone-In (Popular): Our “Standard Cut” is the most requested cut and wrap instructions after fine tuning through years of working with our customers. It includes steaks cut to 1/2” inches (sirloin, rib, and t-bone), roasts (chuck, rump, shoulder, and sirloin tip), ground Beef (about 30% of the total amount of beef), boneless stew meat (about 10 %), cube steak, brisket stew, short ribs, and soup bones with meat. Our standard cut is so popular that many of our custom cut packages, our halves and wholes, go that route too. But if you have specific requests all of our Half beef and whole beef orders include custom cutting, that’s where you get to tell us exactly what you want, how thick, how many per package, etc...
Custom Cut Bone-Out: Same cuts as the standard option with the exception of roasts since they can be processed into either extra ground beef and or stew meat. We provide our half beef and whole beef customers with customized cutting through our Beef Butcher Cutting Instructions Form but lots of folks go with our standard cut too. But that said, if you want a standing rib roast, or whatever, we can make that happen for our half beef and whole beef customers. Then our incredible butchers go to work to get your beef just right!! We will hand in hand with you to make sure you have everything you need to get the best beef in Georgia, the way you like it. Once you order is placed, you will receive, via email, an order confirmation with your order # and a link to your butcher instruction sheet. Our recommendations (standard cut) are preselected for quarter beef shares.
1/4 Beef Share - Only standard cut (there is no need to fill out the form unless you are requesting organ meats.)
Sharing? Split into (2) 1/8s at no additional charge
1/2 Beef Share – Custom cut
Sharing? Split into (2) 1/4s or (4) 1/8s at no additional charge
Full Beef Share – Custom cut
Sharing? Split into (2) 1/2s or (4) 1/4s or (8) 1/8s at no additional charge
* If you don’t see a particular cut you desire on the cut sheet, please place a note on your butcher instruction sheet.
Step #4: Final Invoice w/ Pick Up, Delivery, and Shipping Details
Once the slaughter date is determined and your beef has been cut, we will contact you to set up a pick up or delivery date and time. Check our available delivery options for Georgia by clicking here. The weekend before your Beef Share is ready (date listed on original order) we will email you the final invoice (Payment # 2) with your shipping details or your pick up/delivery date/time (if you can’t make it on that date/time, please let us know and we arrange an alternative delivery date/time).
Farm/Slaughterhouse Pickup: Middle Georgia area by appointment at no charge.
Local Home Delivery: Middle Georgia & Metro-Atlanta areas at $1.00/mile driven from the slaughterhouse.
Home Shipping:Covering our 1-2 days UPS shipping zone at $30/10 lb. box (minimum order).
Airport Pickup: Airports covered by Delta Cargo starting at $130/box from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta.
