Yes. We are certified and monitored by HMS (Halal Monitoring Services). Our founder, Rachid, hand-slaughters all animals himself following strict HMS guidelines. We do not allow machine slaughter, stunning, or for-profit certifications that compromise on the true meaning of Zabiha.
We offer 1/4, 1/8, and whole beef bundles year-round. These bulk shares provide significant savings and ensure your freezer is stocked with Tayyib meat. We deliver directly to your residence in Georgia.
While we don't carry the USDA "Organic" label (which allows certain shortcuts), we go Beyond Organic. We use regenerative rotational grazing and avoid all synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. Our animals are 100% pasture-raised.
You are investing in Ihsan (Excellence). Industrial meat is cheaper because it relies on inhumane confinement, chemical inputs, and high-speed mechanical slaughter. Our prices reflect the cost of true ethical stewardship and hand-processed integrity.
No. Chicken sold at Restaurant Depot is often produced by Koch Foods via mechanical slaughter. Our chickens are raised on our small family farm, hand-slaughtered by us, and sold only through our website. Read the full post here.
