It’s easier than you think. Follow these 3 steps:
Delta Cargo requires a valid Government-issued ID (Driver's License or Passport) that matches the name on the order. Only the person listed on the shipping label can pick up the box.
We will email you an Air Waybill number once the flight departs. Simply show this number (on your phone is fine) to the agent at the cargo counter.
Do not go to the passenger terminal! Follow signs for "Delta Cargo" or "Air Freight." Most cargo facilities have dedicated parking right in front for quick pickups.

Yes! We ship our meat bundles and small packages via UPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Your meat arrives frozen, packed in heavy-duty insulated liners with dry ice. Our packaging is designed to maintain deep-freeze temperatures for up to 72 hours in transit.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your zip code. We charge live carrier rates to ensure full transparency.
For large orders outside our standard UPS 2-day zone, we offer Delta Cargo’s "Specialized Fresh" service.
