A Meat CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) is a partnership between a trusted farmer and consumers who value clean, high-quality food. When you purchase a share of the current year's livestock, you become a shareholder in the farm and secure a portion of its annual meat production. This not only strengthens the connection between consumers and farmers but also provides transparency on how the animals are raised and cared for.

For farmers, a meat CSA allows them to plan ahead, knowing exactly how many animals to raise. For CSA members, it means priority access to fresh, ethically-raised meat over other customers. Farmers focus on producing high-quality, naturally-raised meats such as pastured chicken, lamb, goat, and grass-fed beef, while CSA members support the farm in providing the products they want.

When Can I Join Your Meat CSA?
You can join our meat CSA at any time! Each membership period lasts for one, two, or three months, giving you flexibility to choose the duration that works best for you. We welcome new members year-round, so you can start enjoying fresh, high-quality meats whenever you're ready.

What is the Availability of Your Meat CSA Shares?
Our meat CSA shares are processed on the following cycles:

• Kosher King Broilers: Processed every 3 months
• Cornish Cross Broilers: Processed every 2 months
• Black Angus Beef: Processed monthly
• Lambs and Goats: Processed monthly

This schedule ensures that you receive fresh, high-quality meats on a regular basis, with plenty of options to suit your needs throughout the year.

What is the Cost of a Meat CSA Share?
Here’s a breakdown of the cost for each type of meat share:
Chicken (Cornish Cross/Kosher King):

• Small: $300 / $350
• Medium: $600 / $700
• Large: $900 / $1,050

Beef:

• Small: $335
• Medium: $670
• Large: $1,250

Lamb/Goat:

• Small: $250
• Medium: $500
• Large: $1,000

Custom Cut Meat CSA Share Deposit by Type:

• Small meat share box: $50
• Medium meat share box: $100

When Can I Pay My Remaining Balance?
The remaining balance for your Meat CSA share is due when you pick up your share or before it is delivered to you. This ensures a smooth and seamless transaction when receiving your high-quality, fresh meats.
