Unlike the dubious certifications of prominent Halal meat companies, we ensure that every animal is personally hand-slaughtered by the owner himself. Our support for HMS stems from the alignment of their mission with our own. We deliberately refrain from collaborating with for-profit certifying bodies, as many of them partake in questionable practices that undermine the hand Zabiha shariah requirements for financial gain. Such organizations frequently allow machine slaughter, stunning, and other methods that we consider contrary to the authentic principles of Halal. Learn more bout HMS here.

Our chicken feed is Non-GMO and USDA Certified Organic, made exclusively from vegetarian ingredients and devoid of any animal byproducts, sourced from a local feed mill. The farmers we work with raise their livestock on grass that is free from chemical treatments. Furthermore, hay, yellow corn, balage, and corn silage are all certified organic by Global Organic Alliance, Inc. Moreover, the cows from our partner farms are certified as Pasture Raised-Natural/Organic and are also Certified/Verified by the Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P) through IMI Global, a division of Where Food Comes From Inc.

​Our animals, including lambs, goats, chickens, and cows, are processed in facilities that are inspected and approved by the USDA. Our local Halal-certified USDA facility is both family owned and operated with over three decades of experience.

Beyond Organic Practices

Although our farm lacks formal organic or grass-fed certifications due to high costs, we surpass USDA organic standards through regenerative practices like rotational grazing. This approach promotes animal health, enriches the land, and ensures a nutrient-dense, chemical-free diet for our livestock.

Instead of costly certifications that would raise prices without added benefits, we prioritize radical transparency, allowing consumers to verify our ethical and sustainable methods firsthand.
