Your Custom Order Process
Minimum Order: Shares begin at 10 birds. Orders must be in multiples of 10.
Breed Options: Select your preferred breed (Cornish Cross, Red Broiler, or Kosher King) on the Cutting Form. We may combine breeds or offer a 50/50 ratio to fill your share based on seasonal maturity.
Harvest Timing: Different breeds mature at different rates. You will be notified of exact pickup dates per breed once confirmed.
Personalized Cutting: Choose from Whole, 8-way, or Biryani cuts. Specialty splits (e.g., 5 Whole / 5 Cut) are available to diversify your freezer.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: After your deposit is processed, you must complete the Cutting Instructions Form to finalize your breed and butchery preferences.
