How to Reserve:

- 2. Choose Maturity: Choose between a Prime Goat (mild/tender) or a Mature Goat (robust flavor for curries).
- 3. Finalize Details: Pay the deposit and fill out the Reservation Form to confirm the date and cutting instructions.
