Eid ul-Adha Qurbani (Deposit Only)
Fulfill Your Aqeeqah Sunnah With a Tayyib Sacrifice with Halal-N-Tayyib Meats!
We are taking reservations for this year's Eid ul-Adha Qurbani. Due to the limited number of animals that we can provide and source, we advise that you make your reservation as soon as you can. This form will help us make proper arrangement and better plan our logistics Insha'Allah!
Qurbani Cost:
The cost of Qurbani is based on the size of each animal and the preferred cutting method. Our animals are sold by the live weight at the time of selection so you get exactly what you pay for. A deposit is required to reserve your Udhiya. It will be applied to the final cost. Once we have received the deposit payment, your Qurbani will be reserved in the order it came in. In case we run out of selected animals, we will try our best to accommodate each and every one.
The average weight of our cows is 450 lbs, lambs is 35 lbs, and our goats is 30 lbs. not including organ meats and bones. Since the Qurbani carcass must be chilled prior to cutting, it will takes few days for lambs and goats, and a week or so for cows to be ready. We will try our best to have some ready on Eid day.
- Lamb/Goat Average Cost: $450. Deposit must be paid a at least a week prior to Eid.
- Cow Average Cost: $5,600. Deposit must be paid a at least two weeks prior to Eid.
Final cost will be confirmed after animal type, quantity, and cutting method have been selected.
Cutting methods:
You Qurbani will be cut to your specifications, vacuum packed, labeled, and fresh or frozen. If you would like to witness the sacrifice, slaughter your own Udhiya, and or pick up your meat on Eid day, please let us know so we can make proper arrangement. Otherwise, we will contact you to schedule a pick-up and delivery time few days later after the meat has been cut.

What cuts will I get?
We’ll help you fill out a “cut sheet” which will specify how you want your lamb butchered. You can get a mix of grind, stew, roasts, steaks, organ meats and bones depending on your requests. Making use of organ meats and bones increases the value of your whole lamb purchase. If you’re not into organ meat, maybe your dog is! Consider making stock with the bones - you won’t regret the effort.
How much do I save by buying a whole lamb?
For lambs or goats, the live weight varies from approximately 80-140 pounds. The hanging weight (after removal of head, hooves, most bones, offal, etc.) is about 50% of the live weight. The actual meat you receive (boxed weight) will be less due to the cutting away of the remaining bones and fat. We are able to provide you with the average weight of a lamb for estimating purposes, but each animal is different and your final price will reflect this. The butchering fee is calculated into the purchase price. Once your meat is ready, we will make arrangement with your for home delivery.
A whole lamb or goat share will yield approximately between 35 and 55 pounds of meat cuts once it has been custom cut & packaged. The share cost depends on each animal's age, cutting method, and final hanging weight. For more information, visit our FAQs page.
How much meat will I get?
A typical cut yield is somewhere around 70% off of the hanging weight, but this depends on how you have your lamb butchered. More bone-in cuts, organs, and bones will increase your yield and the overall value. Cut yield also varies somewhat from animal to animal. Per the example above, you might expect to get around 35-50 pounds of meat in total.
How do I order a whole lamb?
Reserve your lamb/goat online or call us at (478) 461-7884 to place your order. Please include your preferred hanging weight. We expect hanging weights to range between 35 - 50 lb. this season. We will do our best to get as close as possible to your requested hanging weight, but this is merely an estimate, and we cannot guarantee an exact weight. In case of excess weight due to the lamb 's size, the weight will be adjusted to the requested weight. The price per pound will always be the same.
Paying for your lamb
We require a $200 deposit to reserve your whole lamb. The remaining balance (including butcher fees) will be due at pick up. Payments can be made by check, cash, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
Note: Prices may change monthly due to changes in the market and can be verified at time of order.
Picking up your lamb
Your meat will be ready for pick up approximately in 3 to a week from the time the order is confirmed. We’ll let you know when your lamb is ready for pick up or delivery. Please plan on picking up your lamb promptly after this notification. Please be prepared to store your entire order - we cannot accommodate long term storage of your lamb. A whole lamb typically fills a box that is 20x15x8 inches in size.
