BBQ Skirt Steak Recipe
This recipe is for approx. 10 skirt steaks.
Ingredients:
2 tbl vegetable oil
2 tbl sesame or olive oil
1/4 cup firm brown sugar
1/3cup soy sauce
1/3cup cup of sherry or red wine vinegar
3 scallions or one onion (or combination)
3 garlic cloves
3 tbl lemon juice
1/2tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients
Directions:
Marinate for minimum of 2 hrs (overnight is preferred).
Place skirt steak on BBQ at med to med high heat until desired doneness is reached.
