​Beef Liver RECIPES: Sauté Liver and Baked Liver Sauté Liver

1 lb of beef liver
½ tsp of sea salt
2/3 tsp of red or black pepper
1 cup of flour (your choice)
3 tablespoons of olive or canola oil

Use a wok, iron skillet or sauté’ pan, add the oil and bring to a medium high temp before adding liver.
Dice the liver to bite size pieces! Add salt and pepper and toss in flour.
Add to the prepared pan and watch carefully turning as the liver browns slightly.
Turn the heat to medium and continue browning until the center is pink or slightly
Pink. This process usually takes 5 to 6 minutes.
When the liver is done to your liking remove from the pan and drain.

The liver is now ready to enjoy!

Baked Liver (Easy Recipe)

Needed the same ingredients as above:
Coat slices of liver with flour and salt and pepper
Take the skillet and add the oil and the liver. Place in a preheated oven;(400 degrees).
Bake for 10 minutes and check the level of doneness. Add butter or oil to keep the
Liver moist if additional baking time is needed…..
