Ingredients: 1 lb of beef liver ½ tsp of sea salt 2/3 tsp of red or black pepper 1 cup of flour (your choice) 3 tablespoons of olive or canola oil
Cooking: Use a wok, iron skillet or sauté’ pan, add the oil and bring to a medium high temp before adding liver. Dice the liver to bite size pieces! Add salt and pepper and toss in flour. Add to the prepared pan and watch carefully turning as the liver browns slightly. Turn the heat to medium and continue browning until the center is pink or slightly Pink. This process usually takes 5 to 6 minutes. When the liver is done to your liking remove from the pan and drain.
