Thaw out your steaks in the refrigerator 1 day before cooking or if that is not possible thaw in cold water several hours before cooking. Allow the meat to come to room to temperature before cooking. Season the steaks with your favorite herbs for steak: or, use a rub.
A rub made from garlic powder, salt and black pepper works well and allows the true flavor of the meat to be experienced.
