We offer three subscriptions: small, medium, and large. The boxes contain anywhere from 20 to 80 lbs. of beef. You get to choose the size and type that's right for you and your family, whether you want to try it just once or have it every subscription period. If you choose to keep your subscription continuous for a year, you get to save 5%. Overall, you can save 10% to 15% off retail prices by buying this way.
The beef CSA box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.) and ground beef.
Share Cost by Size:
- Small: for a family of 1-2 and equal to 1/16 of a cow share and contains 20 lbs. at $330.
- Medium: for a family of 2-4 and equal to 1/8 of a cow share and contains 40 lbs. at $640.
- Large: for a large family of 5+ and equal to 1/8 of a cow share and contains 80 lbs. at $1,239.
