This bundle is a starting point for those interested in sampling a large variety of our cuts, but without the commitment (or freezer space) required for a Custom Half or Whole cow. Included are about 50 lbs. of beef which will fit in a small chest freezer.
This box includes:
40% Premium Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb. packages.
35% Savory Cuts: Roasts (London Broil, Shoulder, Chuck, Eye Round, Rump) and or stew meat.
25% Steaks: Ribeye, T-bone, Top sirloin / Sirloin Filet, New York Strip, Cubed.
*Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.

Packaging: Each cut is vacuum sealed and labeled individually.
