The 1/2 Beef Share (also known as a Side of Beef or Half Cow) provides approximately 200 lbs. of premium cuts, including bones and organs. The Half Cow requires around 7 cubic feet of freezer space (think 7 milk crates).
Customization:
You can customize your cuts exactly how you'd like them using our butcher cutting instructions form (found below). Whether you prefer standard cuts or specific requests, we’ll tailor the order to your preferences.
Processing & Packaging:
Each cut is flash frozen (staying fresh for up to 12 months), individually vacuum packaged, weighed, and labeled for your convenience. All cuts will fit inside a large chest freezers (approximately 20-25 cubic feet, or two standard chest freezers).

How You Can Get Our Beef Shares:
Single Order: Perfect if beef is a regular part of your family meals! Many customers order a whole beef annually, either for themselves or to split with others. A whole beef gives you the best value.
Sharing Option: Split your 1/2 Beef into (2) 1/4s at no additional charge.
Group Order: Great for a group of 2, 4, or 8 families.
We deliver our Beef Shares in Georgia from Macon at $1.00 per mile.
Beef Shares can also be picked up at the slaughterhouse by appointment or shipped nationwide. However, due to the heavy weight of the half beef share, we highly recommend using our airport pickup services. This option is typically cheaper and faster than UPS Ground shipping, providing a more efficient and cost-effective delivery.
