Your 1/4 Beef Share comes in standard cut only. It will require 3.5 cu ft of freezer space (think 3-4 milk crates). Each cut is flash frozen, (stays fresh for 12 months), individually vacuum packaged, weighed and labeled. The break-out of cuts is typically 25% steaks, 35% roasts, ribs, stew, and other cuts, and 40% ground beef.
